Terasa U Zlaté studně offers fantastic gastronomy with a long tradition and one of the most beautiful views of Old Prague. The restaurant also offers the possibility to dine in a gazebo in the garden below Prague Castle. Prior reservation is required. Focused on fish, seafood and quality local ingredients, the menu changes according to the ingredients and season. The staff is of a high professional standard and tries to fulfil every wish of the guests, as does the personally present and caring Restaurant Manager Václav Mader. Under the baton of talented Chef Lukáš Hlaváček, the cuisine has its own style, being elegant, refined and understated. We recommend the superbly smoked duck breast accompanied by asparagus and nashi pear salad, the splendidly seasoned lamb shoulder with peas, or the perfect soft and tender lobster, harmoniously seasoned and prepared straight to the mouth. We also recommend the light Valrhona chocolate mousse with pistachios, sour cherries and tonka bean, this dessert boasts its superb creamy consistency.
